The STX Hammer SC Defensive Lacrosse Shaft is the first alloy shaft in the Hammer line up. The STX Hammer SC is built from a super light weight and high strength premium Scandium alloy that is designed to flex rather then bend. STX designed the Hammer SC Shaft to hold a 225 flex level to allow for better shape retention, a common issues with defensive shafts in todays market. The Hammer SC uses STX's traditional octagon shape for better control while checking with an added textured grip in targeted areas for even more added control.
